Always great service

Very quick and friendly despite the fact that my online scheduling did not show up on their schedule.

Told them exactly what was wrong with my car… got a call at the end of the day and they said they figured out what was wrong(which was exactly what I said was wrong) but didn’t have time to fix it that day? Had to bring it back a week later, then got a phone call asking what was wrong with it again.

Made an afternoon appointment over the phone for an inspection. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and went home. The service manager called later that afternoon to tell me that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Can't ask for better service than that!

The service department did a great job at keeping me informed and updated as my truck was waiting to be, and getting, worked on. The tech who worked on my truck did a great job and it is driving like a brand new vehicle.

We had our car inspected. The technician was prompt, courteous, and thorough.

My Daughters Chevy Trax engine fan kept running. It would have drained the new battery that I just replaced. I stop by at the end of the day and Megan and her service team tried to help me out without an appointment. They ended up getting it in the next day and got the repair done. I would highly recommend the service department at Ken Barrett’s.

Hi, The service dept couldn't fix my problem. The problem lights up on the dashboard as fix ESC along with other writeups. Chevy can't fix the problem because the computers they are using must be old ones that can't link with a 2025 Blazer. This light up has come on many times a problem for a new auto. GM has to fix this type of issue.

Id like to say there repair work was fantastic they quoted 5 days and got it done in 5 days. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is lack of communication. They ordered my parts told me around when they would come in cool. From the 13th to the 19th of last month. Weeks went by with nothing being said or communicated about them being delayed finally after over 3 weeks they called said my parts were in and it was ready to be fixed. They do great work just a little better communication and it would be 5 stars all day.

My vehicle is a complete mess from the technician's dirty boots, the door handle/arm rest is gouged/cut into the plastic and there was debris everywhere unlike how I dropped it off. Probably will find a new place to have my maintenance done at now.

Eric Gordon was the best. Answered every question; made the leasing process relatively easy; willing to see me if I have a question about the complex set of controls and capabilities of my Equinox.

There is a noise issue emanating from the transmission on my new Equinox. It is sporadic and service couldn’t duplicate it. Needed it documented.

Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Very helpful. Smooth trade-in transition. Very fair.

I arrived a few minutes after opening to drop my car off in the morning as requested and the store was not open. After a few minutes I started filling out the drop off envelop for after hours. We left about 10 mins after opening and it still was not open. I could not wait an unknown amount of time as I had to get the person I borrowed a car from back to their home and my daughter to a doctor’s appointment. Despite making the appointment 8 days prior, I had received no communication and phone asking for info around 2pm stating clearly I would soon not be available to take a phone call. All I got was “uh, let me check something. Uh I got to check something. Uh, can I call you back in a few minutes.” Over an hour later, I still had not received a phone call. I was not available so my husband did call. Diagnostic had been done at that point but not a final cost estimate. The person said he would phone him back. Which he did. He also said my vehicle would be done Friday (this was Tuesday) which my husband did say would not work. The following afternoon my husband got a call that my vehicle was done (clearly not needing multiple days) and that the total was about $260 more than the estimate. The only difference was an oil change and he was told labor and tax were included in the previous days estimate. When I brought up the fact I was not called, the associate claimed my husband said to call him about the car, which my husband said he did not tell him and I believe because frankly he knows I would not want that. There were multiple frustrations with this service and I did voice them when collecting my vehicle. The (I’m assuming) manager did state the associate was fairly new and learning. She did more than she needed to and I said she didn’t need to make any adjustments, I just wanted to know where the discrepancy was coming from. I can understand mixups, or being behind, people not showing up for work, but I can’t tolerate not being given correct or any information. Especially when it is regarding something like my car.

Oil change and tire rotation was complete in less than an hour.

Went in for my FREE NYS Inspection (a perk from purchasing from Ken Barrett Chevrolet, awesome!) and it was a great experience as always! The service advisors are always friendly and greet you with a smile!

The people were great. I think the price i paid was a little steep for an oil change, rotation and air filters. I probably will be going elsewhere next time.

Eric was very friendly and helpful through the process of both leases, and put up with my teasing. Honestly everyone we dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and most importantly not pushy. Definitely the easiest, best experience at a car dealership I've had. The owner himself, ken Barrett even came and thanked/congratulated us on getting multiple new vehicles, and was even out brushing off cars in the snow. As my 9 year old daughter said about the truck, 10/10(the truck, the trailblazer, and the whole experience)

I was unaware of a deductible payment before they completed the service on my vehicle. It’s understandable that I had a deductible it just would have been nice to know before they completed the work and I was surprised when I went to pick up my vehicle that there was one and I didn’t know how much it was going to be before having the work completed.

Took 5 weeks to fix my car and after drive home noted piece of the car above my driver's door on the roof missed and the molding around the back window was all cut up when back talk and show it to s manger 1 month ago was told he would take care of it and nothing has been done poor service and will never go back

My car is running great after my recent service. I am giving a 4 due to the fact that i have asked about receiving coupons from the dealership since i have had all my service there recently and it has not been honored. All offers with chevy/gmc are still coming from the dealership where the car was purchased and there should be a way to update this.

I purchased a 2026 Corvette that matched my desired specification. The dealership is 6 hours from my home. The team a Ken Barrett made the purchase experience seamless, low pressure and arranged to have my trade in and new Corvette delivered to my home. I was a very good experience.

Friendly helpful got me what I needed

My corvette seemed to have a battery drain overnight and was unable to start in the morning. Had the car towed to the dealership and they found out the dome light was left on. Didn't know convertibles had dome lights. They charged the battery and kept it overnight to make sure that was all it was. Seems to be working fine now. They didn't even charge me for their work! Very happy with the service department.
